Simulating a generic SAML IdP, to test before an actual connection has been set up

Sending a simulated IdP authentication

Success:
    1.
    Fill in a value in the field NameID (this is the identifier that will be returned by the IdP)
    2.
    Select the Level of Assurance that the authentication response should use
    3.
    Press SEND
Cancel:
    1.
    Press CANCEL
Error:
    1.
    Press SEND ERROR RESPONSE

Response that will be returned to SP

Success:
A success message from a SAML IdP contains the following elements:
    SAML StatusCode: Success
    The Identifier can be found in the NameID element
    The Level of Assurance can be found in the AuthnContextClassRef element
Cancel:
A cancel message from a SAML IdP contains the following elements:
    SAML StatusCode: AuthnFailed
Error:
An error message from a SAML IdP contains the following elements:
    SAML StatusCode: RequestDenied (the Generic IdP simulator uses this error code, in theory, other SAML IdPs can also return other error codes)
